Does your ink plead you to bleed for you?
Does she talk to you and convinces you that after this everything will be ok?
While you look at the blank paper
Does she struggles with you figuring out
What was that one moment when you lost your heart
What was that one moment that you now have blank papers?
Weren’t you the one who would pour the heart out
Weren’t you so vocal and so verbose that words were your weapon?
And sometimes when you were low
Weren’t words your support system too
When did you leave that lane?
Is this world of humans with greed
And desire
And cunningness
So charming that you became one of them
Weren’t you a person of the heart
Didn’t you believe that love is the only thing that matters
In all aspects
Then why? How?
Why did you go stray from the road less traveled
How did you become one of the sheep in this hustle?
When you were the one who couldn’t comprehend the idea of all this madness
There still is time
Your ink pleads you
Your heart wants to be out of that envelope of superficial desires
And if nothing else remember that one line that used to be your mantra
“Bol ke lab aazad hain tere,
Bol zubaan ab tak teri hai”
Coz your ink pleads you to bleed for you
Coz she talks to you and convinces you that after this everything will be ok
Coz you still look at the blank paper
And she struggles with you to figure out
